1-day Intensive Mindfulness Course

Course Content

This is a five-hour intensive course where participants are taught all basic mindfulness practices both in theory and practice.

This course is specially designed for those who would like to get a deeper understanding of what mindfulness is and how it is applied to daily life. The aim is to equip you with all the necessary course materials including guided meditation audio files, so that you can practice mindfulness on your own after the course.


What you will get out of this course

There will be various group and individual practice throughout the course. On this very interactive day, you will build up a thorough understanding of how to:

  • integrate mindfulness into every-day life
  • decrease mind wandering
  • understand the early symptoms of stress 
  • reduce reactivity
  • cope with challenging feelings and emotions skillfully
  • cultivate more openness and non-judgmental attitude
  • connect better with the present moment
